Ps Rolando Pisia is the Lead Pastor of UNDFTD Church and is passionate about seeing people encounter Jesus and live out their God-given purpose. With more than two decades of ministry and community leadership, he carries a deep heart for outreach, discipleship and raising the next generation to walk boldly in faith.

Rolando’s journey began with a radical encounter with God in 2003 that transformed his life and ignited his calling to ministry. Since then, he has dedicated himself to preaching the Gospel with clarity and conviction, mentoring leaders, and creating spaces where people can belong, grow, and thrive.

Beyond the pulpit, Rolando is the founder of the REKON Youth Foundation, a community initiative that has empowered thousands of young people through creativity, culture, and connection. His vision extends beyond Sunday services into schools, neighbourhoods, and families—bringing hope and practical change to the city of Logan and beyond.

Ps Rolando leads UNDFTD together with his wife, Cheyenne, and they are blessed with four amazing children—Blessing, Destiny, Judah, and Asher—who share their heart for God, family, and community. Alongside their dedicated core team and leaders, they are committed to seeing lives transformed, communities strengthened, and the name of Jesus lifted high.
